Abu Dhar is considered the fourth
pillar of Amir Al-Muminin Ali (P.B.U.H.) for being one of the
first Muslims who, in number, are less than one hand's fingers
who were fully aware of the demands of the Imamate of Ali bin Abi
Talib (P.B.U.H.) and the necessity of that to the prophesy of the
sealing prophet (P.B.U.H.)
Besides that, he is endowed with
bravery in confronting the tyrants of his age starting from the
manner of his announcement of his Islam in public among
eye-witnesses without fear or hesitation to win after that the
honor of intimacy and drinking from the original Muhammadian
spring so that the noble Prophet will see in him the fact of
being the truest of people when he said of him: "No one on earth
has ever possessed a truer word than Aba Dhar.
One of the verified examples of
his honesty is his objection to pay allegiance to one who doesn't
have the legal right in the caliphate of Allah's
Messenger(P.B.U.H.) which is well represented by the character of
Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (P.B.U.H.) which made him encounter an
inimical stand against him from the ruling authority during the
reign of the third political caliph-Uthman bin Affan represented
by the cruelest kinds of oppression until the matter ended
by sending him to exile in a far-off region called
Al-Rabadha where he passed away reckoning his case to Allah, the
Almighty, and cursing the one who was the cause doing him
wrong.
